This is my reminder to myself – I will not be publishing my recipe not will I be publishing what actually happened, this is because I am experimenting. And, what I plan to do may well be different to what actually happens.
The brew day will be just like any other and the process of what is done will be like any other person who brews, the water and prep, the heating, sparging and boiling then the chilling and fermentation.

I guess there will be some panic, people talk about hitting targets of volume? numbers and what have you – for me the first goal is does it taste nice when I finally pull it through the beer engine.
Ok! so how do I get it from the big plastic fermentation tub to the beer engine – ahh !
